Just a quick reminder that PSQs need to be completed solely by patients and then every one that is completed needs to be entered onto your ePortfolio by an independent person ie not you.
Just for complete clarity it is fradulent to (1) help patients complete them (2) complete any yourselves (3) get a member of staff to complete them. These actions will get found out and will then inevitably lead to a referral to the GMC and some disciplinary action.
This should not need to be said but I thought I needed to make the above patently clear so that there is no doubt about this matter.
